This classic New England shingle home is featured in the latest edition of Boston Design Guide. The feature is filled with exquisite details from the entire design team who worked together seamlessly throughout the life of the project. Shope, Reno Wharton, Jennifer Palumbo, Gregory Lombardi Design, Schumacher and KVC brought a collaborative energy that was integral to the success of this project.
The writer, Kate Ellis, captures how the home has everything – from basketball courts, rock-climbing wall, movie theater, home gym and golf simulator all on the inside, with an outdoor space that features a backyard spa, outdoor dining and lounge space and a large playfield for the kids. Like in most cases, the true beauty is in the details. Custom lanterns flank the driveway and are creatively included throughout the property adding old New England charm and a cutting garden has been added near the dining area that offers vibrant views throughout the seasons.
