BDG Prelude took a look behind the scenes of this new build project in West Dennis. The project was a collaboration between Catalano Architects, JW Construction, SLC Interiors, Gregory Lombardi Design and R.P. Marzilli Landscape Professionals. The photography was completed by Surette Media Group.

Sited close to the waterfront and overlooking the Bass River, close attention was paid to the conservation spaces along the beach. The pool, spa and enlarged terrace space create entertainment spaces for the extended family while careful screening maintains complete privacy.
