The Estate takes strong cues from the new traditional residence while blending harmoniously with the surrounding historic neighborhood. A series of in and out garden rooms accentuate the resilient yet impeccable details across the property, each organized off the architectural features of the house. This balance with the house incorporates a seamless transition. Natural and native plants are featured in the front while more ornamental flowers were selected for the private shade and partial-shade garden rooms, ensuring continuous blooming throughout the seasons.
