Gregory recently chatted with the Ocean Home Magazine team about his weekend home in Provincetown. Originally a vacation rental, Greg, and his partner Kent, saw the potential for so much more and began to transform a once forlorn house from the 60s into a contemporary escape.

“The Lookout” was charmingly named for its prominent view along a busy street where locals and tourists alike often stop to ask about the lush, non-conforming landscape and unique residence – very different from the traditional Cape homes.
