Gregory Lombardi is pleased to announce the appointment of Jason Harris and Troy Sober to Principal. These promotions, the first of their kind for the firm, recognize the significant contributions of each and portend great things for our future.

Jason Harris
Jason will continue in his role as Vice President, leading GLDI and its staff through many strategic initiatives focused on client service and the expansion and business operations of the practice. Over the last 17 years as the resident MBA in the office, Jason has helped define and implement a unique customer-intimate business model for the firm. His strategies combine the artistic and creative needs inherent in a design firm with the goal of delivering excellent client service and project management. These efforts have helped GLDI gain competitive advantage, steady growth and a strong regional market presence. In addition, as co-owner of Parterre Garden Services, Jason has spearheaded the growth of GLDI’s sister company, into one of Massachusetts’ best Fine Gardening companies.

Troy Sober
Over the past 11 years, Troy has been charged with delivering excellent design and project management on many of the firm’s most significant projects. He has managed to combine two rare qualities: an exceptional and detail-oriented design eye with the steady organized hand of a seasoned and respected project manager. This rare combination has made Troy particularly instrumental in helping GLDI develop its internal design and project management standards. Troy will continue to refine and influence this key aspect of the company as Principal/Studio Director for residential projects. Troy has also helped GLDI with its expansion ambitions into other parts of the Northeast – developing and managing projects in Connecticut, New York and Rhode Island. As a recipient of New England Home’s 5Under40, Troy has proven to be a leader inside and out of the office.
