This recently completed Boca modern home captures the simplicity of contemporary living while honoring the beauty of the intracoastal site at every angle. Making news for its record sale earlier this year of $17.5 million, the home was a collaboration to create view-driven spaces that connect the residence with the landscape spaces and views beyond.

In an effort to soften this striking modern residence, green space was thoughtfully integrated into every window view. Materials were selected for both durable yet aesthetic simplicity. The contemporary design maximizes green space and strikes a beautiful harmony between hardscape, softscape and water.
