Renovating a house that overlooks the water can have many challenges, but when working alongside a talented design team, things always seem to come out beautiful. One of our latest properties was recently featured in Northshore Magazine. Located in Manchester-by-the-Sea, this home is defined by its detailed craftsmanship.
Set into a rocky ledge, the home’s outdoor living spaces are designed to meet the needs of the young family members. The pool is built into a ledge, appearing more as an organic creation nestled within the landscape. To meet the entertainment needs of the family, multiple seating areas were created throughout the property.
