Summer Intern 2026 | Landscape Architect: Entry Level | Landscape Architect: Experienced
Location: North Billerica, MA
Lombardi’s summer internship program is an opportunity for you to gain in-depth exposure to the world of landscape architecture through hands-on learning and professional development. Throughout the internship, we’ll focus on answering 3 key questions – What do landscape architects do daily? What are the qualities of a good landscape architect? What area of specialization within landscape architecture is of interest?
Our 10-week program is designed to provide you with a well-rounded experience, offering a combination of project work, targeted skill development, and mentoring from team members. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to the fundamentals of landscape architecture and to work closely with experienced landscape architects, contributing to both residential and institutional projects, while developing skills that are critical for building a successful career in the field. Our internship is structured around the design process – from schematic design to construction observation – and culminates in the completion and presentation of a design assignment that you are given at the beginning of the summer.
