Gregory Lombardi created this extensive landscape on a two-acre blufftop estate in Chatham in collaboration with architect Doreve Nicholaeff. The outdoor features include terraced gardens, an infinity pool, an outdoor kitchen with a dining area and fireplace, and a cobbled driveway. The house recently sold for $14.75 million making it the most expensive home sale on Cape Cod in five years.
