"I have found Greg and his talented staff to be of the highest artistic and professional caliber, extremely attentive to detail, and very organized. They bring to their craft not only considerable talent, but great enthusiasm, innovation, and a willingness to listen to and absorb their client's ideas and requirements."
Gregory Lombardi Design is an award-winning landscape architecture practice founded in 1992 with a simple mission: To craft magnificent outdoor spaces for highly discerning clients. Eschewing any single style, our design philosophy calls for the fresh interpretation of classic, timeless principles of order and proportion to create meaningful spaces for our clients. Our aim is to create environments that enhance their surroundings, inspire their inhabitants, and awaken the imagination—all while responding to an articulated financial plan.
We have discovered that the best designs emerge from a thoughtful and collaborative process that begins with an in-depth understanding of our client's goals, needs and wishes and fuses those with the objective realities and conceptual potential of each site.
One of the ways we streamline our work is by assembling project teams in order to contribute specifically relevant skills and knowledge best suited to the task at hand. As a result, several people develop deep connections to each project over time.
Greg Lombardi has practiced landscape architecture since 1988, and has been principal and owner of Gregory Lombardi Design Incorporated since 1992. He is the driving creative force behind every project at Gregory Lombardi Design. In a city that sits at the epicenter of the profession, Greg has carved out a distinct niche for his highly detailed, concept-driven designs that have become the firm’s hallmark, pushing the creative envelope, while respecting the client's comfort zone. He is a true collaborator with allied professions, earning the high esteem of architects, interior designers, and contractors alike.
